3. Material Changes Since Last Annual Update

• Disclosed addition of the InvestArt Trading Market and the role of North Capital Private Securities Corporation as facilitating broker-dealer.
• Updated Item 5 fee schedule to reflect a 1.50% annual management fee paid in-kind in Class A shares.
• Updated Item 10 to disclose affiliation with InvestArt, LLC as sponsor of the series LLC Issuers.
• Item 18 — no material changes to the firm's financial condition.

4. Form CRS Highlights

Form CRS is a plain-English relationship summary delivered to retail investors at or before account opening. It addresses (i) relationships and services, (ii) fees and costs, (iii) conflicts of interest, (iv) disciplinary history, and (v) "conversation starters" required by SEC Rule 204-5.

5. Disclosure

InvestArt Advisers and InvestArt, LLC operate as separate legal entities and provide materially different services. Advisory services are provided exclusively to clients who have received the InvestArt Advisers Form ADV and have executed an advisory agreement with InvestArt Advisers.
